Deepika to match Aishwarya’s footsteps in ‘Ram Leela’

Recent rumors from the Bollywood film industry say that the young hot model Deepika Padukone will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s latest venture ‘Ram Leela’. It is being said that Deepika will be seen doing Garba in this very movie.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali had already created a glitter in Garba with his Dholi taro Dhol from the movie Hum Dil De chuke Sanam, with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Salman Khan moving to the steps. Many are of the view that Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be creating the same ambience with this Garba in his latest film as well. The established director has directed Deepika to make it sensational just like what Aishwarya did with her song.
In order to make the song perfect and moving, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has appointed those choreographers who had choreographed Dholi Taro Dhol. These choreographers come from the rural places of Gujrat, and are expected to make the best use of this new song. Garba is not an easy thing to capture and hence Sanjay is extremely serious to make it look simply awesome on the screen. This training is not going to be easy for Deepika as traditional songs are far too tough to catch than item songs.
Deepika however, comes from a background where she is trained in classical dancing. How is this going to help her to match up to garba will be a thing to look out for. She is the only actress in her generation who has excellent knowledge in classical dance forms. The constant comparison being made with her and Aishwarya is becoming a serious pressure for her. The role which she plays in this film is extremely similar to the role played by Aishwarya in ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’. Hence, the comparison between the two ladies is all the more unnerving.
Deepika has shown her dancing talent since the day of her debut movie, ‘Om Shanti Om’. Alongside the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, she did extremely well in the song ‘Dhoom Tana’. Moreover, she has also been doing item numbers like the famous title track of the movie ‘Dum Maaro Dum’, which saw a smoking hot Deepika on the screen. She has been proving herself in dancing since her very first day.
The audience has very high hopes for Deepika. It is for us to see whether she is able to match up to their expectations or not.
