Other actresses like Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Asin, Sonakshi Sinha and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are also in demand.
According to reports, the crackers which have images of leading Bollywood actresses are very much in demand. Basically, it is the youngsters who get attracted towards those crackers carrying the images of Bollywood actresses.
The demand for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s ‘Jodhaa Akbar’ image is also very high. Not only Bollywood but Hollywood stars are also in great demand. Hollywood celebrity Angelina Jolie is a huge craze among the youngsters. The crackers of her image is bit expensive than Bollywood stars. Those crackers are priced between Rs.500 to Rs.10,000.
Veteran actress Hema Malini is also on some cracker boxes. On-screen couple Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta is also on some boxes.
"The crackers are priced between ` 500 and 10,000 depending on the popularity of the stars," says Vijay Kumar Arora of another cracker stall. "Usually youngsters opt for these crackers, and demand for patakhas with their favourite actor's picture imprinted on them. The multi-colour aerial bomb, with 120 shots, which has an image of the Rangeela girl Urmila Matondkar is also one of the most popular crackers amongst youngsters," he adds.
