The stage has been set for Bollywood’s biggest wedding. Two big stars of Bollywood Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor after five years of steady courtship will enter into matrimony today. Only few close friends and relatives will witness Saifeena’s wedding at Pataudi’s palace.
“The wedding is taking place tomorrow and then we will have a reception in Delhi later on. It is a very joyous moment for our family,” the bride’s uncle, actor Rishi Kapoor, told.
Carrying the tradition forward, Kareena Kapoor will be wearing her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore wedding outfit. Saif and Kareena’s sangeet was a private affair as only few friends and relatives of the duo were present.
At the sangeet, Kareena’s friends grooved to some hit numbers from her movies. Ace designer Manish Malhotra designed Kareena’s wedding outfits. She wore an orange lehenga and Saif a white Kurta at the sangeet.
Kareena will be known as Kareena Kapoor Khan after her wedding to Saif. Bebo a successful actress of Bollywood will continue acting after marriage.Saif and Kareena fell for one another during the shooting of 'Tashan'. Kareena bond with Saif after breaking-up with her long relationship with Shahid Kapur.
