Shahid Kapoor keeps distance from Saifeena's wedding

Shahid Kapoor has distanced himself from the media to avoid uncomfortable questions. Obviously the questions will all be about the Kareena Kapoor, who is getting married to Saif Ali Khan on 16^th October. It has come to be known that Shahid is avoiding the media, as best as he can.
The two had dated each other for three years. In 2007 they ended their relationship, after the movie Jab We Met. Kareena started dating Saif soon after that. Probably the questions that will be thrown to him will be, “How does he feel on the eve of Saifeena’s wedding? Is he happy?”
Also Shahid’s movies have not been doing all that good in recent times that may be another reason. His last movie Teri Meri Kahani did not do well. Last heard it is said that he may be acting as a police officer in his next venture. The untitled movie is to be directed by Neeraj Pandey. Neeraj was the director of the critically acclaimed movie A Wednesday.
Shahid has always worked very hard to understand and to perform his characters in the films. He is doing so for this movie as well. A person close to the movie said, that director Neeraj was picked because he brings great value to films of this genre.
Apart from this movie, Shahid is also going to work in a Rajkumar Santoshi film. The movie is called Phata Poster Nikla Hero. He is said to be romancing Barfi girl Ileana D’Cruz in the movie. It is being said that a special workshop will be held by Tips and Rajkumar Santoshi for the two actors. This is being done so that they gel together well, which will transpire to the screen as well. The two will probably be reading multiple scripts together.
Shahid had also congratulated the Barfi team for their superb performance. Recently he had tweeted, “Finally saw Barfi...huge shout out to the entire team...and great to see a genuinely good film perform well at the box office. Take a bow Anurag, RK, PC, Ileana, UTV and the entire team for taking the risk of making an unconventional film and backing it all the way.”
It was heard that Shahid might be invited to Saifeena’s weeding. Saif’s children are going to be there. They were seen last at the Kareena’s Sangeet. Sara Ali Khan looked really good in a pastel lehenga for the occasion.
