Junaid Khan, who is son of Aamir Khan seems to be in love. He is reported to be seeing someone. Well that someone is Sonam Verma. She is doing her post graduation from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. She is doing PG in Media & Entertainment.
Junaid is the eldest among Aamir’s kids. He is born to Aamir and Aamir’s first wife, Reema Dutta. They also have a daughter named, Ira Khan. Junaid is reported to be a well cultivated kid. He is also planning for his Bollywood debut. But presently he would not be seen as an actor as he debuts as an assistant director. He is assisting Rajkumar Hirani in his next project ‘Peekay’. This movie stars Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma.
Junaid is passionate about whatever he puts his hands into. He is tall, fair and handsome chap. Like his father Aamir, Junaid is also ready to make history by entering Bollywood at a tender age of 17. Junaid has a classy sense of film making and his eyes for detailing impressed Hirani so much that he offered him to be assistant Director. Junaid was thrilled and he promised his father that he would not neglect his studies for his passion. It is also reported that actress Rani Mukherjee is a big fan of Junaid and she desperately wants to do a movie with him, even if she gets to do the role of Junaid’s mom.
Junaid currently studies in a South Mumbai college. He loves doing street plays. Recently he performed a street play with his friends. He is well organized. He also organized a cricket tournament for physically challenged people.
‘Peekay’ is a Hindi movie and is based on political satire. The movie is scheduled for 2014 release. Rajkumar Hirani said, “The film will be a satire about God and godmen”. Apart from the lead characters being played by Aamir and Anushka, Sanjay Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput will also be seen in prominent roles. The music of the movie is composed by Pritam and the movie will be distributed by Aamir Khan Productions. The movie is mainly shot in Delhi and Rajasthan. The shooting began in mid January as they wanted to “capture the winter of Delhi”. Few scenes are also shot in the historical locations of Bruges in Belgium from 10th June to 19th June.
We wish the Aamir lad a successful career, like his dad.
