Amrita Raichand, a known face in the ad world, says her forthcoming film "Baat Bann Gayi" will be a complete entertainer and clarifies that it is not an adaptation of "The Comedy of Errors", but inspired by it.

"I recently shot for the film 'Baat Bann Gayi', which is a romantic comedy film," Amrita told in an interview. "We have finished shooting and the film is set for a June release. It was great sharing the screen space with Ali Fazal, Gulshan Grover," she added.

There were reports that the film is an adaptation of "The Comedy of Errors", one of William Shakespeare's shortest and most farcical comedies.

Quite a few Indian filmmakers have adapted Shakespeare's humorous saga that arises from mistaken identities in films like "Angoor" featuring Sanjeev Kumar. Uttam Kumar's "Bhrantibilas" as well as Kannada film "Ulta Palta" were also said to be an adaptation of the play.

But Amrita denied the reports.

She said: "It's not a remake, it is inspired by 'The Comedy Of Errors'. I am looking forward to the film. There are a lot of twists and turns in the film. It will be an absolute entertainer."

Known for her role in TV show "Mahi Way", she is currently seen hosting cookery show "Mummy Ka Magic" on Food Food channel.

She will also be seen in "Amrita Ki Khejadi", a film based on environment campaign started by a woman from Bishnoi tribe in Rajasthan.
