Jiah Khan. A condolence meet was held at Vile Parle Medical Club on Saturday night. Aamir Khan who knew Jiah since childhood broke down while speaking about the actress. He said he knew Jiah since child and she has been like his sister. Deepika also attended the prayer meet, she has worked with the actress in ‘Housefull’.When Aamir received the news of Jiah's death, he rushed to her residence with his wife Kiran Rao. Aamir's mother Zeenat is very close to Jiah Khan's mother.

On June 3^rd, Jiah was found hanging at her flat in Sagar Sangeet Building in the posh Juhu area. She committed suicide at mid-night when her mother and sister were not at home. It is said that failing career and troubled love affair compelled Jiah to take this drastic step. In this regard, police questioned her boyfriend Suraj Pancholi, son of actor Aditya Pancholi. From Jiah’s phone record, it was established that she spoke to Suraj just few hours before hanging herself to the ceiling fan of her room.
Jiah has a promising debut opposite none other than the megastar of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan in Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Nishabd’. Next she was seen in Aamir Khan starrer ‘Ghajini’ and she was last seen in Sajid Khan’s ‘Housefull’. According to her mother, Jiah was depressed as her career was not going great guns.
Two days after her death when her mother searched Jiah's room, she found a six page note where she spoke about her broken heart. Jiah was quite depressed with her broken relationship with Suraj. Jiah’s mother blamed Suraj for her daughter’s death. She handed over the suicide note to the police and police will interrogate Suraj once again.
Jiah was known for her bold attitude and sex appeal. She also got a Filmfare Best Debutant Nomination. Bollywood was shocked to hear the news of the sudden demise of Jiah Khan. They took to twitter to express their condolence.
