It was a lesser known fact that Nafisa Jiah Khan, the 25-year-old actress who hanged herself to death earlier this week, was not only an actress but an opera singer and author as well.
Jiah loved to pen down poems for her friends and family.
A source reveals that Nafisa had penned down a poem a few days ago which was related to the pain and loneliness she was going through.
"Jiah expressed her feelings through poems and apparently did so when she found herself lonely and secluded," added a friend close to the actress.
Jiah apparently was saddened with the tragic death of singer artiste Whitney Houston and had penned down a short poem dedicating to her favourite performer who she followed passionately.
Excerpts from Jiah's poem:
"What is the fame it is devil's double game,
you run to succeed and you let the vultures feed.
Along the lonely road you loose your self,
yet like mountains you build your road.
Your talent is a gift to all but
for few it is a curse and your downfall."
