CCTV Video of Aditya Pancholi Assaulting Neighbor Released

The Pancholi family seems to be in constant news. First it was son Sooraj Pancholi who was arrested and kept in jail for 21 days and now it is father Aditya Pancholi who is making headlines, thanks to his short temper.

Aditya Pancholi assaulted his neighbor which was captured on CCTV camera and the video has been released recently. The background story tells that Aditya’s neighbor, Bhargav Patel, a 55 years old man, was getting his house renovated. The renovation process created lots of noises which apparently disturbed the actor. So, he stormed inside his neighbor’s house and threatened him. He also hit Patel. The CCTV camera recorded the following scene: A furious Aditya rings the bell of his neighbor. His neighbor, Bhargava Patel opens the door. Aditya holds him by his collar and drags him out of his house. He threatens him and punches him. A third person tries to intervene but Aditya keeps on threatening his neighbor.

“On January 15^th, Pancholi showed up at Patel's doorstep with a few men, dragged Patel out and punched him”, said an IPS officer recently.
After this incident, his neighbor lodged a complaint against Aditya Pancholi but his case was not registered as Aditya was known to lose his temper over trivial issues.
Later on June 19^th , once again Aditya threatened his neighbor over trivial issue of car parking. Aditya was coming home late night and he was trying to find a parking space. He saw his neighbor’s car ahead of his, taking a long time and he lost his temper. He had an argument with his neighbor, Bhargav Patel. He then came out and punched Patel. This got recorded on CCTV camera.
Patel once again went to the police station and this time after viewing CCTV footage, police registered his complaint. According to Patel, Aditya was drunk at the time of the later incident.
Aditya is charged with section 452 (trespassing) and section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Even in Bollywood there are people, who on condition of anonymity, confirms the actor as short tempered.  Also, the once very good friend of Aditya, actress Kangana Ranaut cites his ill temper as one reason for distancing with him. Kangana says, “We don’t have any equation anymore. There was a time when I knew him (Aditya) well. We used to talk but not anymore.”
