Arshad Warsi reveals that after the success of "Jolly LLB", he is only getting solo hero film offers and has signed a couple of them after sifting through a bunch of scripts.
Talking about "Jolly LLB", which came out in March this year, he said: "The difference now is that the only films that are being offered to me are solos."
"Since the time 'Jolly LLB' has released and done well, I have heard many scripts. I can't even tell how many. Out of them, I have finalised five or six and they are all solos," the 45-year-old said here Wednesday on location of his film "Calling Mr.Joe B Carvalho".
"Jolly LLB" was a legal satire and starred Arshad in the title role.
"I have not gone out for only solo films, it's just that only solos have been offered to me. If I say no to them, I will be sitting at home doing nothing. So, I have to do them," he said.
The actor's work in "Jolly LLB" and the films' box office performance have instilled filmmakers' confidnece in him.
"The doubt that people had about taking me in a solo, has been cleared. Now it's like, 'This person delivers, he just needs a good story and a good role', which is good," said Arshad, whose hits like "Munnabhai" and "Golmaal" series were multi-starrers.
He will also be seen in "Peekay", "Dedh Ishqiya", and "Golmaal 4".
