Kareena Kapoor, took media and her fan following along with the film industry by storm with the little news bits of her life. It all began with her break up with Shahid Kapoor and then ending up with Saif Ali Khan.
The wedding stirred the country making news with its grandeur and simplicity all at the same time. The receptions took place and all the hype that made rounds all this while began to calm down a little is when we hear that the actress again baffled her follower with yet another slice of news.
Kareena will not credit her name as Kareena Kapoor Khan in her next release ‘Talaash’, but will stick to her maiden name Kareena Kapoor. This is a switch from her previous thoughts on the same, it was said previously by insiders that Kareena is excited to credit her name as Kareena Kapoor Khan in ‘Talaash’ since Bollywood’s two most powerful surnames both ‘Khan’ and ‘Kapoor’ will be seen fusing together in her name.
News channels and websites covered the story at length previously, that the B- town will see two powerful surnames coming together but to every ones disappointment the actress said a clear ‘NO’ to it.
This turn that took shape, may be according to many is because Kareena is not yet ready to switch her surname to ‘Kapoor Khan’. She would like to be called as Mrs. Khan first so as to get used to the name of the title.
The news that the actress will not change her name and will stick to her original name has been confirmed by the director -Reema Kagti of the movie ‘Talaash’. Reema clarified this at the music launch of the film that was held just before Aamir Khan left for Haj.
Kareena is sizzling not just off the screen after marriage with Saif but also on screen in the movie where she plays the character of a prostitute. The song 'Muskaanein Jhooti Hai' that was released at the music launch saw Kareena at her best in a smokey avatar.
It is also heard that the one little question that is doing rounds in the heads of many is that will the actress change to Islam after marriage. When asked the same question by a Television Press, it seems that she turned the query off by terming it as a ‘Silly question’.
