Newly married couple Esha Deol and her husband Bharat Takhtani set the ramp on fire as for the first time they walked together for the jewellery brand 'Azva', at India Bridal Fashion Week 2012, on Saturday. Esha walked the ramp before and hence she was confident but it was first time for Bharat. Esha said that Bharat is a born model and he has walked the ramp many times, during his college days.
The collection was based on the seven vows of an Indian wedding, Esha said, "The collection is unique and creative. It is a mix of traditional and modern jewellery. Even modern couples can wear these and tie the knot. It also a very emotional collection as it is based on the seven vows."
Esha looked magnificent in her pink and blue lehenga with heavy gold embroided work, along with Azva's heavy neckpiece and beautiful long earrings. Her husband grabbed limelight and looked handsome in an off-white sherwani with gold work.
Esha Deol doesn’t want her businessman husband Bharat Takhtani, to turn into actor. “I had always said that I never wanted to marry a hero. He is a successful businessman and I hope he continues to be one. Here is no need for him to become an actor,” Esha quips.
