Akshay gets intimate with Asin

Akshay and Asin are turning out into an ‘item’. First it was “Housefull 2”, where the two were seen together. The multi-starrer film turned out to be one of the highest grosser of this year. Now, it is ‘Khiladi 786’ that will see the return of this ‘jodi’ onscreen.
Asin has been doing great in the industry and has delivered two hits this year with “Housefull 2” and “Bol Bachchan”. Other than that, Asin has been part of many films that have crossed the 100-crore mark. Her first Bollywood film, “Ghajini” and then “Ready” too has been hits. Akshay, on the other hand, has delivered a humongous hit with “Rowdy Rathod” and a dud with “Joker”.
“Khiladi 786” marks the return of Akshay to the so-called ‘Khiladi’ series, a tag that has ever since been attached to him. The gap has been for a long 12 years. Akshay has been known for doing his own stunts and thus the tag suits him best.
Asin has donned a chic, modern and bold appearance for this film. Lately, Asin has been trying to embrace such characters and has been executing them with élan and ease.
The film has many item numbers where Akshay and Asin have been seen matching steps. The songs of this film have been garnering a lot of attention. First, it was “Balma” that got released. The song features the lead stars of the film and Claudia Ciesla of “Bigg Boss” fame. The other song that has only Asin and Akshay is “Hookah Bar”. The song has been steadily becoming a craze among the youths.
The chemistry between the two in “Housefull 2” had been the highlight of the movie. This film is likely to reinvent that same magic onscreen again.
The film “Khiladi 786” belongs to the genre of action. Akshay recently has been doing more of comedy films rather than action. “Rowdy Rathod” was an exception and now this. However, ‘Khiladi 786’ blends in comedy and action and is going to be a complete entertainer.
The film was supposed to release on the 30^th of November along with “Talaash” that stars Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji. The film was supposed to give a tough fight to “Talaash” despite its star cast, all because of Akshay’s star power and the genre, which currently is a hit formula. However, the release date has been pushed back to the 7^th of December to avoid any clash at the box-office.
